Another added bonus is the attached car wash…state of the art and you can pre buy your vouchers or buy monthly subscription for a great price. Stop by and meet the great team and check the building out. Watch for pictures the next time I am out there. Oh ya, that’s one more thing, from Richmond Road it is so quick to get there, never heavy traffic.

The people in the office were really nice. It was overall a great experience, would use their storage facilities again. 👍🏻😁

Spotted a couple of security issues on the first day, and the default $16/mo insurance they offer covers only $4,500. That says the storage is rated by the owner for low-value, replaceable items. The contract even has a clause about signing off any sentimental value in stored items. I will have to re-pack and use it as such. For longer duration, consider adding storage clauses to the home insurance. I'm considering taking out the boxes I put in as I found place at home, and my security concerns were not addressed (yet).
