We are conveniently located at Six Pines and Research, sharing a parking lot with Goode Co Catina in the Genesis Medical Plaza.
HOTWORX - The Woodlands is the only infrared sauna fitness studio in the area. We offer 24-hour access to a wide range of virtually-instructed HIIT and Isometric workouts, including Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, and Hot Cycle. At HOTWORX, members can get 3x the sweat in ⅓ of the time with our patented infrared saunas.

The FX Zone (Functional Exercise Zone) provides HOTWORX members with an area for productive use of time before, after, or in between infrared workout sessions. Bands, weights, ropes, and other equipment are available for any combination of functional training exercises and routines. A silent trainer video is displayed on a monitor with various routines for recommended use of the FX Zone.
